Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULING OR CANCELING YOUR UPCOMING APPOINTMENT
If a client must reschedule, make changes to, or cancel a scheduled appointment, please contact owner Kristine, at 586-224-1274. Any changes regarding your upcoming appointment are required to be confirmed a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled service
CANCELATION POLICY
A credit card is required to be kept on file to reserve a service
appointment time. At The Blonde Architect, we respectfully require
MORE THAN 48 hours notice to request any service changes or
rescheduling appointment times. In the event 48 hours notice is not
given, The Blonde Architect reserves the right to charge the credit
card on file. If the scheduled appointment must be canceled or
changed between 12-48 hours before the scheduled time, your card
on file will be charged for 50% of the total for the originally scheduled
service.
In the event you must cancel or make changes to your appointment
less than 1 2 hours before your scheduled arrival, 1 00% of the
originally scheduled service will be charged to the credit card on file
in your client record.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
If you do not contact The Blonde Architect directly to inform of any
cancelations or changes to your scheduled appointment, your credit
pard on file will be charged 100% of the cost of the previously scheduled
service.
Should there be a repeat of a No Call/No Show, unfortunately that client will no longer be able to schedule appointments with The Blonde Architect.
